Built by Edgar Cove on Island Street in 1957, this stunning 17ft clinker launch is one of Salcombe’s oldest surviving net boat’s. Until 2020 she was a hire boat in the Salcombe estuary and was commercially licensed to carry 8 persons. She is made of Mahogany and Elm. The hull was epoxy sheaved in 2018, among other work. This boat is powered by a 10hp long shaft, 4 stroke, Honda outboard with electric start. This boat feels incredibly stable underway and the high freeboard means you sit deep inside the boat – Perfect for kids and pets. The wooden foredeck comes away to reveal a large storage area at the bow.
A mooring and storage is available upon request.
